From enquiry to useful evidence

Tell me what you want to check. Start with a short description of the structural question. Keep unpublished story details and project files out of the first message.
Agree the scope and processing. You receive the proposed AI provider, exact information to be processed, retention and training conditions, and response timing. Nothing goes to an AI provider before you explicitly agree.
Send a copy you choose. After agreement, save an independent .plotnodes copy and remove anything outside scope. It can contain names, notes, relationships and reveal order, so check the whole copy before emailing it. Your original stays on your computer.
Review the findings. The reviewer uses the agreed AI assistance and checks findings before replying. The report gives possible contradictions, evidence and open questions. You decide whether to change anything.

What a review can help with

Trace an effect before its cause, knowledge used before it is acquired, contradictory declared locations, or a clue still waiting for its payoff. Interpretive findings are suggestions, and no review can guarantee that every issue will be found.

Your work and its copies

Your email and agreed project copy are seen by the reviewer and processed by the email providers involved. AI processing is a separate, explicit agreement. The reviewer deletes project attachments, working copies and reports from the owner-controlled mailbox and local working storage within 30 days after completion or cancellation. Email providers and an agreed AI provider may retain separate copies under their own terms; this is not a promise of immediate deletion from backups or provider systems.

Reply in the same email conversation to cancel or request deletion. Cancellation stops further review work but cannot recall processing already performed. You keep your original file and any report delivered to you. Plotnodes does not use your work to train its own models.
